How did you solve the clue?
Mmm... originally I just looked for bakeries near North High because that seemed pretty obviously the area. This bakery seemed like the right place, but it was clinched when I figured out canela is Spanish for cinnamon. Plus, I figured, what's the big deal if I'm wrong?
What did you enjoy about the secret destination and/or the ride over?
I rode there as part of an overnight century with a group. It was only a few blocks off the route. So... doing a weird adventure with friends and scavenger hunting, I love being efficient.
What’s your favorite thing (or trail!) about biking in Denver?
I commuted on Cherry Creek trail for years, so it has to get the main mention. Things could always be better, but trails like Cherry Creek and Highline make biking around Denver way fun, and it's good to appreciate the good things. I like the trails, and I like using them to get to the carbs.
