Announcing The Bike Streets Club
Ride The Same Streets = Strength In Numbers
We’re excited to launch the Bike Streets Club which has one goal: get Denverites of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds to Ride The Same Streets.
Our goal with the Bike Streets Club is to build a continual, city-sized critical mass. This will create a virtuous circle, because when we all Ride The Same Streets, even more people will feel comfortable and empowered to ride.
The Bike Streets Club has two components:
In-person events, workshops, and adventures to learn how to navigate the city by bike.
An iPhone App to make it easy to do it on your own.
Club membership is $50 per year.
With the Bike Streets App, at last we can say goodbye to Google and Apple Maps’s crappy bike directions. A route on Colfax? No thanks. Here’s a video that shows Bike Streets vs. Apple and Google Maps at Downing and Speer.
We’ve been working on the Low-Stress Denver Bike Map since 2018. We've ridden tens of thousands of miles over the years with thousands of you. We’ve been hard at work on the app technology for over a year. And we’re excited to have you join the club and get the app on your phone.
